Julia Pagán Handmade Hats has been adorning the heads of local ladies and gents since 2006, when she relocated from NYC. This talented designer officially opened up shop, in the Avondale Point Shopping District of Charleston, in 2012.

As a practicing milliner, she designs, constructs, and trims every piece in her shop using traditional and timeless millinery techniques. She has been carefully selecting meaningful materials and crafting her own unique hat designs since 2003.

She specializes in one of a kind creations with focuses in bridal, costume, and special occasions. She is currently working on a series of ready to wear hats which she is hoping to launch later this year.
